A signing made by Patrick Doyle from his old club, PSG and the brother of Harchester United star Linton, who died in the coach crash. Curtis arrives at the club with a happy go lucky attitude. Curtis is a skilful, valuable and passionate player. He has just had a great season with PSG, scoring 23 goals. He has known Patrick Doyle for a long time, and has a lot of respect for the man.
Before Curtis came to Harchester, in the 2001/02 season, he tricked former manager Monday Bandele into signing his older brother Linton, and after Linton had signed, Curtis walked away. This makes Monday resent him as it effectively ended his managerial career with Harchester. Curtis had a slightly cold relationship with Linton before he died, and their last ever conversation was a fight. When Curtis joins Harchester, he comes along with PSG team mate Marcel Sabatier who he has been friends with. However, in his first season, things don't go to plan. A few months into the season, he is accused of rape, and while he is proved not guilty, this starts a horrible loss of form. This is made worse when Fletch is paranoid that he is helping Patrick fix matches. And a penalty kick miss in the Semi Final of the FA cup nearly destroys Curtis's morale. However, near the end of the season, he gets back in the team, and he helps Harchester stay up.
At the start of the 2003/04 season, things turn sour for Curtis again after Barcelona star Luke Davenport is signed, effectively putting Curtis out of the squad. However, there is an upside as he starts seeing HUFC receptionist Grace Ikema, and after seeing her religious ways, he feels there is an upside to his life. However, one drunken night where Curtis sleeps with Donna Connelly (Clyde's wife) causes his relationship with Grace to break up, and after Curtis beats up Clyde in anger, he realises he has to change his ways. Therefore, he decides to be baptised. And he feels he can stop his violent emotions that make him feel so similar to his brother. After the banks decide to liquidate Harchester, Curtis, along with Dean Boyle, plays a massive part in keeping the club alive. Dean and Curtis form the idea of playing against Charlton, and due to their influence, Harchester stay alive and Curtis is captain. And Curtis eventually leads the club to the Champions League and 4th place in the Premiership.
The next season, when Harchester are relegated for match fixing, Curtis gets an offer he can't refuse; an offer from his boyhood team Charlton Athletic. He tells his best mate Dean who is distraught because he has to cancel the deal so Curtis can't leave. When Curtis finds out, he feels betrayed. Barker tells Curtis that he has to show some proper leadership and motivation to the rest of the team, or he'll make Frank Stone captain. At Boot Camp, Curtis makes his methods tougher when he forces Clyde to finish an assault course. Barker senses this improvement, and keeps him as captain. When Don finds out about his son-in-law Frank's bisexuality, he forces Curtis to tell him and Jodie the truth about it. Curtis is disgusted afterwards, and wants to leave the club. However, Don hires someone to plant drugs on him so he can't leave until the end of the season. Another bad experience is when Curtis is tricked by journalist Paul Hankin into revealing the truth about Frank. The next day, Frank is "outed" and Curtis is branded a fool. Thankfully, this is put behind the team eventually, and Curtis leads Harchester to promotion to the Premiership via the play-offs. But, after Barker is discovered of having killed Karl Fletcher, he drives his car into the Harchester coach, exploding on impact, killing Curtis Alexander and his teammates.

WHAT'S THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING IN DREAM TEAM? Everything really. Being involved in great storylines, having a fun and energetic team of actors around me and meeting all the fans at charity events.
WERE YOU A FAN OF DREAM TEAM BEFORE YOU JOINED? Yes I was. I followed the show for a few years before I joined the cast.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER? His passion, energy and vulnerability. He is a character who wears his heart on his sleeve and I can relate to that.
WHAT DO YOU DISLIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER? His general moodiness. He sometimes lets his passion get the better of him.
ARE YOU LIKE YOUR CHARACTER AT ALL? I think Curtis and I would get on quite well. I also wear my heart on my sleeve.
DO YOU LIKE THE CLOTHES THAT YOUR CHARACTER WEARS? I'd say 70% of Curtis' clothes I would wear myself. Most of them are nice.
WHAT DO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY THINK OF YOUR ROLE? My family are very proud of me. It's what my mother always wished and prayed for.
DO YOU GET RECOGNISED? Quite a few people have recognised me and always wish me well. I've signed a few autographs here and there.
WHAT SCENE HAVE YOU MOST ENJOYED OR HATED FILMING SO FAR? My most enjoyable scene was a dinner scene with Nikki from last series (6), episode 26. My worst was in the following ep (27), where I had to be upset because my form was so bad and it started to affect me emotionally. It was really hard work and mentally taxing, but ultimately satisfying
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR CHARACTER'S HOUSE/CAR? I could certainly get used to living the life of a Premiership player. It can't be bad driving an Aston Martin!
HAVE YOU EVER MET ANY REAL FOOTBALLERS? I met Steve Coppell (manager of Brighton Football Club) through working with DREAM TEAM. He and his son are fans of the show.
WHAT FOOTBALL TEAM DO YOU SUPPORT AND WHY? ARE YOU A SEASON TICKET HOLDER? Tottenham Hotspur FC, I've always gone for the underdog! I always admired Garth Crooks and Glenn Hoddle who played for them in the past.
WERE YOU GOOD AT FOOTBALL AT SCHOOL? I was competent.
WHAT IS THE HARDEST THING ABOUT THE TRAINING YOU GO THROUGH FOR DREAM TEAM? Repetitive shots of the same football sequence can sometimes reach up to eight takes and that's really tiring, especially in hot weather.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME? Read, watch movies, train and write songs.
WHERE DO YOU COME FROM – HOME TOWN? West London.
