Andy Ansah is a defender for Harchester United, and when Michael Dillion nearly gets transferred to Charlton, he becomes a short-term captain for Harchester United. However, this role is later given to Didier Baptiste and he goes back to being his normal self. At the of the 99/200 season Ansah retires to do some management.
The next season sees Ansah get given the role of first team coach, working alongside Ray Wyatt. Although he only spends one season as first team coach, he makes a huge impact as he and Ray collectively help the team’s league position up from 17th to 4th, the teams best league finish in some time.
The 2003/2004 season sees Ansah return as first team coach and he again boost their league position and helps them qualify for the champions league. With Stuart Naysmith leaving the club Ansah is sure he is going to be given the managers job, but the next season they employ Don Barker. Ansah goes along with this fro a while, until Don goes to hospital with an angina attack, which makes Harchester need a caretaker manager. With Ansah not getting the role, he leaves Harchester once and for all.
