Gina is the younger sister of former dragons star Eddie Moliano. Gina came to Harchester briefly in 2000 to visit Eddie, but she ended up sleeping with his team mate Scott Lucas and then going to the papers about their night of passion when he embarrassed her in front of his team mates the next day. Recently Gina met up with Fletch whilst he was playing in Spain and the pair became a strong 'item'. Gina is very strong minded and she always manages to keep Fletch on the straight and narrow. Gina has grown up a lot on the past 4 years, grown from a tear-away teenager into an independent woman. She is now the club's new Team Co-Coordinator and takes on the un-official role of Don Barkers side kick, she is his ally in the team, and she often finds herself the go-between when situations arise between Don and Fletch. Gina comes from a very large Italian family and she has lots of protective brothers who are always looking out for her best interests. Her stubborness and strength shows when after a few weeks in Harchester a young boy in the youth setup called "Byron Fletcher" claims his dad is Karl, Karl wants nothing to do with the situation but Gina demans that Fletch goes and sees him not taking no for a answer. To say Fletch was not in shape for the English game is an understatment, He drinks, He smokes, Gina has enough of this and pours his alcohol away and bins his cigarettes and tells him he needs to get fit or risk losing his contract. Gina is also a loyal and shows this by helping Jodie Stone out with her problems with her estranged husband Frank and also goes with Jodie when she has her "abortion". The relationship between Karl and Gina has its ups and downs but its there for all to see that they love each other and whilst Gina is accidently poisened and is recovering in hospital she agrees to marry Karl. Tradgedy strikers as a body is found in the boot of the evil Don Barkers car and Gina overhears a conversation between a detective and Viv Wright saying how its been identified as Karl Fletchers body. Gina is distraught having lost the man she loved.
