Mica is the sister of Warren Masters. Mica is after a secure life and wants a rich husband. She first arrives in Harchester after getting married on one drunken night in Vegas to Sean Hocknell! As the marriage started out, for Mica it was more about the money and security, but she eventually falls in love with Sean but the question is; with her money-grabbing attitude, how long will her marriage to Sean last?

Mica arrives in Harchester on Christmas day 1998. Warren has invited Kelly and Julie around to cook him Christmas dinner. They get drunk, burn the turkey and fall asleep so he storms out. He ends up having Christmas dinner at the youth hostel with Des, Sean, Fletch and Alex. Kelly and Julie are awoken by the doorbell. Its Mica looking for her brother. All three of them go to the youth hostel to look for him. Warren loses his temper when he see's Mica and he asks her to leave. Mica ends up staying the night but Warren wasn't her gone first thing the next morning. After he kicks her out, she bumps into Julie. She convinces Julie to spend the day in London with her. The two girls go to London with no money. Mica decides to drop in on the Harchester players at their hotel. They make their way to the hotel where they find Fletch and Sean. The girls want them to take them clubbing but the lads cant because they are suffering from food poisoning. The girls decide to leave them alone but not before Mica has stolen enough money to buy themselves a few drinks. Soon afterwards, Mica and Sean take an un expected trip to Las Vegas where they end up getting married after a drunken night out. Sean regretted the marriage and he explored the possibilities of getting out of it. Just as he was about to ask for a divorce, Mica learned of her brothers death. This left Sean in an impossible situation and he continued on with the marriage. After Mica got over the loss, she decided to have a ceremony to celebrate their marriage. Everything was going great until Natalie showed up. She was heavily pregnant with Dean's baby but she was there to tell Sean that she loved him. Natalie stayed with Sean and Mica while she was in Harchester.

As the season draws to a close, Mica starts to feel that she is losing Sean so she makes a drunken pass at Luis on the eve of the FA Cup Semi Final. Luis doesn't respond and he tries to get her from his hotel room and into a taxi, but is spotted by Ian, Lynda and Jerry with a ripped dress! Rather than own up, Mica accuses Luis of attacking her. Everybody takes Mica's side and Luis is subsequently suspended from club duties. He's soon proved innocent when some more evidence comes to light. On finding out the truth, Sean kicks her out and she leaves Harchester shortly afterwards.

After Sean is presumed dead in the air crash after the Ajax game, Mica returns briefly to attend his funeral. She then demands compensation from Jerry, considering that she was still Sean's wife and that he had been killed on official club business.
